Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Cake
I've had every reason to make a "chocolate bourbon pecan cake" last week.
I had pecans leftover from my last attempt to make an apple pie. Eggs, cream and butter to be used before I leave for the holidays. A bottle of Bourbon in the fridge which I don't know where it came from... And I had my sugarcholic sister begging for something sweet.
I tried Paula Deen's recipe and it turmed out to be deliciooooous.
One small change in the recipe: I used semisweet chocolate chips instead of chocolate squares.
